About the event
Are you required to take a Food Allergens course and exam to work? We have you covered. Our ServSafe Allergens online course and exam is designed for food handlers/managers. The exam is completed as soon as you finish the course (~1hour in duration.)
This training includes the "Big Nine" allergens and also show you how to safely adminster epinephrine for someone experiencing anaphylaxis. You have 90 days to complete the course once started.
The course content covers four key areas:
- Allergen Fundamentals
- Front of the House
- Back of the House
- Managing Emergencies
